Shipping to a country outside of the USA?

All orders are shipped from within the United States. The shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout from the carriers based on criteria including but not limited to the shipping destination, package dimensions/weight, etc. The shipping couriers we currently have available for U.S. orders are: USPS and UPS.

Please note that during the checkout process, it is the estimated transit time from the time the order is shipped that is shown next to the shipping courier/method, NOT the estimated delivery time from the date you placed your order.

Always film an Unboxing Video while opening your package for the first time to ensure you have video proof of any potential issues with your order. Please also be sure to read our Cancellations/Returns Policy and full Terms of Service before placing an order.

All orders are shipped from the United States, so naturally, the shipping rates for orders shipped to outside of the U.S. (“International Orders”) will be relatively much higher, and (unfortunately) we can’t control the prices set by the shipping couriers. Our International shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout from carrier rates based on criteria including but not limited to the shipping destination, package dimensions/weight, etc.

The carriers available for international orders are DHL and UPS. (however, the available carriers may differ depending on the order destination country/region.) We are no longer using USPS for international orders.

We will attempt to ship to most countries/regions, however, due to certain laws and/or restrictions, there are some countries/regions that we are unable to ship to (we apologize for the inconvenience). On the desktop version of this site, at the top right corner you can see a dropdown list of possible destination countries/regions. Please note, however, that list is subject to change at any time without notice, and some orders may be automatically canceled and/or packages may be automatically returned, so please check your country’s shipping restrictions before placing an order. 

Products ordered from this Site for delivery outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariff, VAT, fees, etc. imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due before delivery is attempted. Such charges are not included in the product price nor shipping & handling cost, and are solely the customer’s responsibility. By making an international purchase, you acknowledge that you may be listed as the declarant on any customs declaration(s) associated with your order(s), as applicable. There is no way for us to verify or anticipate what duties will be levied by a country upon delivery as charges vary country by country, so it is the customer’s full responsibility to check with their local postal and/or customs office to determine if there will be additional costs/charges. Further, you shall be responsible for any local pickup or specified delivery with your local postal service. Please contact your local customs office and/or post office for further information before placing your order.

We will not be held liable nor responsible for any additional charges that may apply, and will not be responsible for packages that are not delivered because the customer hasn’t paid the customs/duties fees due, mis-delivery errors via carrier, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages, losses, product, or shipping refunds. 

You must make sure that You comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by You of any such laws.

PLEASE NOTE: all Pre-Orders are expected to start shipping after May 31.

We are a small company, so while we will try to process/fulfill each order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that orders will be processed, shipped, or delivered by a particular date.

You will find that each product has a limit for the quantity you can purchase in a single order.

If you and a larger group would like to make a Group Order (for example: in attempt to reduce international shipping costs per item, a group of friends from the same country/region/city may want to combine their desired products together for a single Group Order) please create a Bahng Shop account and contact us either through our contact form or email us at shop@bahngentertainment.com with "Group Order Request" in the subject line and include the following information in the message: 

  1. Full name and contact info of the lead person who will accept and be liable/responsible for the Group Order
  2. the list of products and quantities desired for the order
  3. the destination shipping address
  4. Reason for requesting a group order

Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you whether or not we will be able to accommodate your Group Order request, depending on our inventory and other factors. We reserve the right to deny your request at our sole discretion.

If you, as an individual, are interested in requesting a Bulk Order (quantities of 10+ per product), please create a Bahng Shop account and contact us either through our contact form or email us at shop@bahngentertainment.com with "Bulk Order Request" in the subject line and include the following information in the message: 

  1. Your first and last name
  2. Your contact information
  3. The list of products and quantities desired for the order
  4. The destination shipping address
  5. Reason for requesting a Bulk Order

Once we receive and review your request, we will notify you whether or not we will be able to accommodate your Bulk Order request, depending on our inventory and other factors. We reserve the right to deny your request at our sole discretion.
