ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

We are a small company, so while we will try to process/fulfill every order as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee that orders will be processed, shipped, or delivered by a particular date. Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via the email you provided with your shipping address, and if you have selected a trackable shipping method at checkout, you will also receive tracking information via that email. If we are experiencing a large volume of orders and/or any delays in processing time, we will update you via email about the status of your order.
Shipping speeds vary by destination, courier, and shipping option you choose. We may offer expedited shipping options (e.g. Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day, etc.), however, we have the right to revoke expedited shipping options at any time. PLEASE NOTE: expedited shipping timelines are the carrier’s timelines from the date the items are ready to ship from our facilities. These timelines may vary. The expected timeline for an order may be available via the product page. You should read all product descriptions thoroughly for all applicable details and you should ensure you understand all preorder and shipping timelines prior to selecting your shipping method.
Shipping delays will occur if incorrect information such as incorrect address, email, phone number, etc. are provided at the time of checkout, so please be sure to double check that you’ve entered all information correctly before placing an order.
By placing an order, the customer accepts full responsibility to file any claim(s) with the shipping carrier for damaged and/or lost packages. It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the shipping costs if/when the customer wishes to have a second delivery attempt after a product is returned to us.
If You have ordered multiple items within a single order, we reserve the right to either (i) ship Your order once all items become available to ship or (ii) to split Your order containing multiple items into multiple shipments (“Split Shipping”) at our own discretion. For some orders, we may offer You the ability to choose Split Shipping during checkout. Split Shipping options may read “Ship Items Separately – As They Become Available” or similar. If You have selected Split Shipping, Your items will ship in separate packages as they become available for shipment. Split Shipping is not available for every order and we reserve the right to revoke Split Shipping options at any time.
International Orders
Products ordered from this Site for delivery outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, tariff, VAT, fees, etc. imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due at checkout (collected by Shopify Markets) or directly before delivery is attempted. Such charges are not included in the product price nor shipping & handling cost. By making an international purchase, you acknowledge that you may be listed as the declarant on any customs declaration(s) associated with your order(s), as applicable. There is no way for us to verify or anticipate what duties will be levied by a country upon delivery as charges vary country by country, so it is the customer’s full responsibility to check with their local postal and/or customs office to determine if there will be additional costs/charges. Further, you shall be responsible for any local pickup or specified delivery with your local postal service. Please contact your local customs office and/or post office for further information before placing your order.
We will not be held liable or responsible for any additional charges that may apply, and will not be responsible for packages that are not delivered because the customer hasn’t paid the customs/duties fees due, mis-delivery errors via carrier, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages, losses, product, or shipping refunds.
You must make sure that You comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by You of any such laws.
Shipping to some countries may be restricted, in which case, orders may be automatically canceled or packages may be automatically returned, so please check your country’s shipping restrictions before placing an order.
Also note that international orders that exceed the maximum size/volume/weight may be split into separate packages and may be subject to additional customs/admin fees per package processed. Size/volume/weight standards are determined by and vary per destination, courier, and shipping speed selected by the customer.
Always film an Unboxing Video while opening your package for the first time to ensure you have video proof of any potential issues with your order. Please also be sure to read our Return Policy and full Terms of Service before placing an order.
